How can I track my order?

All the information relating to the order (price paid, quantities, sizes ordered, delivery address, etc.) will be in the confirmation email that we will send to the email address given in the order. Through this email, you will be able to track the status of your order using the link we provide, where you will also see the shipping number (or Tracking Number).

There are 3 ways to access the tracking code:

Through the “order completed” email, where you will find the link with the tracking code.
From the “My account” section, “Orders“, accessing the corresponding order.
From the order tracking page, by entering your order code (sent by post) and your e-mail account.
