Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

We use different shipping companies for shipments depending on the shipping area.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is 72 hours after the order has been processed. If you place your order before 11:55 am (CET), it will leave the warehouse the same day. Please note that the shipping company does not ship on weekends. We will provide you with a tracking number when you place your order. If your order is delayed, please send us an email at orders@gambea.com.

Transportation Liability

GAMBEA assumes no liability when the product is not delivered due to the customer’s false, inaccurate, or incomplete information. Neither when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the customer’s absence or the retention of the order at Customs. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred since customs clearance, including any other taxes or fees.

Return or Exchange

Return or Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from when you place your order to request an exchange or refund. All products must be returned intact, unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and adequately protected during shipping. The customer is responsible for payment of shipping costs incurred in the return or exchange.

If it is a refund, you will receive the total amount of the items (the shipping cost will not be refunded). We are not responsible for the loss of items during return.

Underwear Return Policy (Boxers)

At GAMBEA we are committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction and safety of our customers. For reasons of hygiene and public health, we do not accept returns or exchanges of boxers once they have been purchased.

This policy is aligned with recommended hygiene and safety standards to ensure the protection of both our customers and the staff handling returns. Therefore, to prevent potential health issues and to ensure the best shopping experience, all boxers are considered final sale once purchased.

Orders with discounted price

All orders that include a discount or promotion cannot be modified or returned. Exceptions can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email orders@gambea.com for more information.

How to make a return or exchange

Please email us at orders@gambea.com with your name, email address, order number, and the items you wish to return.

Returns Processing Time

If you have requested an exchange on your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been processed, and refunds will be shortly processed after we receive your order back.

Payment in installments

If you purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order and pay in 3 installments. You confirm that the installments will be sold to and purchased by Retail Instalments SPV 1 Limited, the related parties, and their beneficiaries. As a result of this, you unconditionally and irrevocably authorize and consent to this sale and purchase.
