SUMMARY PRIVACY POLICY OF GAMBEA COLLECTIVE, S.L.

Although at GAMBEA we aim to make you wear the colours of your team and football idols, we also want to give you the comfort that you are going to the pitch on Sunday with the peace of mind that your personal data will be well guarded and well used.

As we don’t like ‘legal mumbo jumbo’ either, here is a shorter summary than the added time of an extension.

WHAT ARE PRIVACY RIGHTS AND PERSONAL DATA?

Even the striker who misses a penalty in 95′ has a Right to Privacy, as this is a Fundamental Right recognised for all citizens. This Right guarantees that each individual is free to decide how to process and protect his or her Personal Data. Personal Data is any information that can be used to identify an individual, including name, email address, social media posts, location, bank details, IP address, cookies, etc.

HOW WILL MY DATA BE USED IN GAMBEA?

At GAMBEA we will use your data with the same responsibility and diligence with which Alex Ferguson successfully managed Manchester United for so many years. This means that your details will only be used to process your order, to send you your socks and that we will not SPAM you unless you have voluntarily subscribed to our publications (and you can unsubscribe at any time).

WHAT RIGHTS DOES THE LAW GIVE ME?

The list of rights is almost as long as the World Cups in Brazil and Germany combined. The law in Europe is very protective of the citizen and therefore you can request at any time – and free of charge – that we inform you of the purposes and uses made of your data, that it be deleted, corrected or even transferred, among other things.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA AT GAMBEA?

As Franz Beckenbauer himself would do defending for Bayern Munich, at GAMBEA we put all the means at our disposal to ensure that your data is protected and safe. Our website uses SSL certificate (the “Secure Sockets Layer” is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts the information sent to the server with SSL technology), we have the data stored on secure servers and all your payments will be made through secure external platforms, such as PayPal or Stripe.

I WANT TO KNOW MORE, HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT MY RIGHTS?

At GAMBEA we are here to help you so that your only concern is to cheer on your team this weekend. If you want to know more about our Privacy Policy you can click here or you can write us an email with all your questions or exercising your rights to info@gambea.com.
